Newish Dad

At the time of writing this, our son is about to turn four, and it blows my mind how fast time flies. It’s been the greatest joy of my life to see him grow up and become his own person. I’m so proud of the family we’ve become and humbled to be connected to my amazing wife and son.

Dungeon Master

A couple of years ago I discovered the joys of D&D. After finding myself behind the DM screen for a game of seven I’m hooked. It allows me to escape the craziness and create my own world.

RCTID

Once it is safe to do so, you can regularly find me in the Timbers Army chanting the team on to victory and cursing at the refs and opposing team, especially if it’s the flounders.

Texpat

In 2013 we took a trip to Portland for my birthday, and four months later we loved it so much that we packed up and left Texas in our rear view mirror to make the Rose City our new home.

Excelsior

I love all super heroes, but Marvel hands down creates my favorites. They are leading the progressive and inclusive charge while providing whimsy and acts of heroism that inspire me daily. You can see me pictured here with Skottie Young, my favorite illustrator, with a commissioned Hawkeye, my favorite super hero, at Rose City Comic Con.

Ravenclaw

Despite an author who must not be named trying to ruin it, I love Harry Potter and all things fantasy. On our honeymoon, we went to the actual Hogwarts!

Hawkeye

I’m a huge fan of archery, especially since my favorite super hero is Hawkeye… the comic book version. I’m still pretty new, but I did make a bullseye on my first cosmic archery adventure.

Sneakerhead

Portland is home to the great sneaker makers of the world, and the sneaker bug has bitten me. My favorite sneaker of all time is the Jordan 3 Black Cement designed by the great Tinker Hatfield.

If you’ve made it this far, firstly I’m flattered, and you should reach out if you think I’m a good fit.
